This recognition is part of Okinawa Prefecture’s initiative to acknowledge companies that actively promote diverse work arrangements to achieve a healthy work‐life balance for their employees.
We are honored that our efforts, including the implementation of programs that allow employees to use paid time off by the hour, provide comprehensive support to those on parental leave, allow teleworking during illness recovery, and encourage increased participation of male employees in parental leave, have been recognized and commended.
