Our company was certified as an “Okinawa Prefecture Income Enhancement Support Company” on 17 November 2023.
This program is aimed at encouraging companies to invest in the future by striving to increase employee salaries with the keyword “Enriching work in Okinawa”.
The Okinawa Prefecture supports companies in these efforts, socially recognizing those contributing to the overall income growth of the citizens.
The system evaluates companies that surpass the prefecture’s standards in metrics such as the “growth rate of total salary payments” and the “average monthly salary”, while also requiring the disclosure of data on the “regular employment ratio” and “gender employment ratio” to promote transparency in corporate operations.
At the certification ceremony held on the same day at the Ryukyu Shimpo Hall, our president and representative director, Kenneth Mark Exsterstein, received the certification from Vice Governor Yoshimi Teruya.
