COMPASS Developmental Support Center
Mitsuba Corporation (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President: Kenji Kitada), which runs some day care facilities for children with disabilities, will collaborate with Ginowan City, Okinawa, to establish the first such center in Ginowan.
The center will provide appropriate rehabilitation and education to preschool-aged children during the critical period before they begin formal schooling.
