A free-address system enables flexible working styles without assigned desks. The office also includes shower rooms, changing rooms, and a health room to support staff well-being.
Additionally, universal design features, such a wheelchair-accessible elevators and restrooms, ensure a safe and inclusive workplace.

Message from the President -From the speech of the ceremony

Thanks to everyone’s support, we’ve completed a remarkable new office.
With this milestone, we aim to further contribute to job creation in Iwakuni City and expand to a workforce of approximately 100 employees in 2025.
Located conveniently near Kintaikyou Airport and Iwakuni Base, the new office offers an environment where employees can work freely and comfortably.
Employee Impressions
Q1 What’s your impression of the new office?

A bright, welcoming and well-organized place that promotes the comfort and sense of belonging of employees.
Has a positive effect on well-being and personal satisfaction in achieving results.
A dynamic workplace!
Q2What kind of work style do you hope for in the new office?

“I was really excited to see what the new office would be like, and when I finally stepped inside, I was blown away by how spacious it is.
There are various-sized meeting rooms, a kitchen area, multiple restrooms (laughs), a large workspace, and even a free space—it made me even more excited to work here.
I’m especially looking forward to having lunch in the free space and building connections with colleagues while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.
