Mastering the Art of “Persuasive Communication.”
In December, we held a 3-day “Leaders’ Mindset Training – Enhancing Change Adaptability” at our head office.
The training was attended by department managers, assistant department managers, section managers, assistant section managers, and team leaders, who deepened their understanding of leadership to support AEC’s growth.

We welcomed Ms. Ayumi Ura as the speaker, who covered three key topics: “Mindsets that Support Sustainable Growth,” “Change Management Skills to Overcome Challenges,” and “Resilience in Tough Situations.”
Based on her real-life experiences, Ms. Ura offered clear, practical explanations that sparked many “aha!” moments from participants.
Additionally, by exchanging ideas with members from different departments, participants gained diverse perspectives and valuable insights, leaving the training with a sense of fulfillment.


By applying what we’ve learned through this training, AEC will continue to support each employee’s
growth and foster teamwork.
