Welcome to AEC!!

An Entrance Ceremony 2025

On April 1, 2025, we welcomed 14 new graduates to AEC at our headquarters and Sasebo office.
An entrance ceremony was held to mark the beginning of their professional journey.

At the ceremony, the President gave a warm and friendly speech, sharing stories from when he first joined the company. This helped ease the tension and created a relaxed atmosphere.

The Executive Managing Director encouraged the new employees with the message: “AEC embraces diversity and values each individual. Stay true to yourself and give your best at work.”

Department managers also gave strong words of support, saying, “We will fully support your growth. Please feel free to come to us with anything.”

▲ One of the new employees spoke on behalf of the group and confidently said: “As a member of AEC, I will take responsibility and do my best.”
▲ After the ceremony, a pizza party was held, giving everyone the chance to talk beyond departments and titles. It was a great opportunity to build new team bonds.

Voices from New Employees – After the Ceremony

▲ R-san; HO. US Military Construction Department

I was nervous at first, but the President’s friendly speech helped me relax.

As a coordinator, English is essential, so I want to set goals and keep improving my skills while staying motivated.

I’ll work hard to understand not just the words but the true intentions behind them, so I can communicate smoothly.

My goal is to become a reliable team member and take on more responsibilities.

▲ R-san; Construction, Sasebo Office

I was definitely nervous on my first day and during the entrance ceremony.
But through the ceremony, I really felt that my life as a working adult had started.

It helped me focus and feel determined. I want to value communication with my seniors and learn to think and act on my own.

My first goal is to learn my job as quickly as possible and not be afraid to ask questions.
I also want to take responsibility for my work and face it seriously.

After the ceremony, I truly started to feel like a member of society.

I want to work with a positive attitude, take on challenges, and enjoy my job. I believe I can do that here at AEC.

First, I’ll do my part well and aim to become someone my supervisor and coworkers can trust.

I will take steady steps to grow and contribute to the company.
