Established by a coalition of companies across the prefecture, the team is committed to fostering a more inclusive and empowering workplace for women.
Their mission is to promote female participation, advance technical skills, and cultivate a supportive working environment.
Through regular study sessions, hands-on career tours, and events that connect with female students, the team actively showcases the appeal of the construction industry to the next generation.
