SAME Okinawa Monthly Meeting Relaunches at AEC’s New Head Office

We were proud to host the relaunch of the SAME Okinawa Monthly Meeting* at AEC’s new headquarters in Ginowan City.

This month’s theme, “Connecting Japan, Delivering Trust,” brought together around 60 professionals- including engineers, architects, and local government officials – for an engaging evening of networking and knowledge sharing.

The atmosphere was lively, collaborative and filled with forward looking energy.

Highlights: Energy-Efficient Window Technology & H.O. Tour

■ Knowledge sharing in technology
One of the main highlights was a compelling presentation by Mr. Moritake Ota, who introduced the latest in energy-efficient window technology.

His insights sparked great interest among attendees who learned how innovative window solutions can promote both environmental sustainability and household savings.

Another standout moment was a guided tour of the AEC’s Head office, led by the building’s architect. The tour encouraged open discussion around architectural design and workplace comfort.

Attendees had the chance to experience AEC’s thoughtfully crafted spaces, designed to promote both productivity and a strong sense of human connection- values we hold dear.

The positive feedback we received was truly encouraging.

■ Fostering Sustainability Through Community Engagement
This event was more than a relaunch—it was a great opportunity to showcase AEC’s technology and commitment to regional growth.

We believe efforts like this bring real value to Okinawa’s construction industry.

A sincere thanks to all who participated especially Mr. Ota for his insightful presentation.

We were thrilled to hear feedback such as “Even more interesting than expected!” and “Looking forward to the next one!”—words that inspire us as we plan future events.

Let’s continue to stay connected and grow together through SAME.
