AECʼs Coming-of-Age Celebration Bonus
At AEC, we take pride in supporting the personal and professional growth of our team members while staying connected to our community traditions.
One of our favorite annual traditions is presenting a special bonus to employees who reach the age of 20.
Just before Coming of Age Day, we hosted a ceremony at our headquarters to celebrate13 young employees who reached a significant milestone. Each received a special bonus, accompanied by an inspiring message from our president :
“We hope each of you will use this bonus effectively as an investment in your future – whether for professional certifications or career development opportunities.”
The event highlighted our commitment to supporting employee growth.
