What is the KIH?
This program, led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan Health Conference, certifies companies that excel in health and productivity management.
By actively promoting employee health and well-being, companies can enhance productivity and create a more fulfilling workplace.
At AEC, we are dedicated to ensuring that all employees can thrive both physically and mentally.
We have implemented various initiatives, including:
- Enhanced Health Checkups & Screenings –We aim for a 100% participation rate in annual health checkups and follow-up screenings, ensuring comprehensive support.
- Mental Health Support – We offer external counseling services, regular visits from clinical psychologists, and company-wide stress checks.
- Health Education & Events – We provide regular health seminars, workplace safety training, and distribute wellness newsletters.
- Subsidies for Influenza Vaccinations &Women’s Health Screenings – We support employees by covering costs for flu vaccinations and gynecological checkups, making them more accessible.
- Ongoing Health Support – Our in-house public health nurses and occupational nurses are available for consultations regarding both physical and mental well-being.
