On June 27, 2025, the 2025 AEC Safety and Health Conference was held at our company headquarters.
This annual event aligns with Japan’s National Safety Week (July1–7), promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
Each year, we gather with our partner companies to reinforce our commitment to safety.
This year, 27 partner firms participated to share the latest efforts and insights on heat illness prevention and accident reduction.
What matters most is that every worker returns home safely.

The event began with remarks from our President.
He emphasized “What matters most is that every worker returns home safely.
That is our highest priority.”
We also welcomed Mr. Tetsuya Kudo from the Okinawa Labor Standards Office, who explained the recently revised heat illness regulations (June 2025) in a clear and practical way, highlighting the need for stronger on-site measures.

At AEC, we aim to create a safe environment for everyone—main contractors, subcontractors, and partners alike.
Safety has no finish line, but together, we will continue moving toward our shared goal of zero accidents.
