A Globally-Savvy STEM Student with a Passion for Disaster Prevention
Let’s start with one of our interns, whose warm smile makes a lasting impression. Currently studying at a university in the United States, she’s spending her summer gaining hands-on experience at AEC.
Having grown up in multiple countries, she brings a truly global perspective to the team. She’s already settled in seamlessly, and her cheerful personality is a welcome addition to the office.
When asked about her first impression of AEC, she shared: “Everyone gave me such a warm welcome that I didn’t nervous at all on my first day! The office is bright and clean, and it feels like a really comfortable place to work.”
What do you hope to learn through your internship?
“I want to learn as much as I possibly can! I’m particularly interested in disaster prevention systems.
When I visited AEC last December, I presented an elevator control program I had built myself.
Someone told me, ‘That’s actually similar to what we do here!’—and that moment really sparked my curiosity about the field.”
Her eagerness to explore new areas and her genuine passion for engineering are truly inspiring.

A Promising Young Talent with a Passion for Both Aerospace and Construction
Next, we’d like you to meet another intern who brings a unique combination of interests: aerospace engineering and construction—two fields that might seem worlds apart.
He joined AEC through a scholarship program and is eager to gain meaningful, hands-on experience during his time with us.
Reflecting on the start of his internship, he shared: “The environment is highly professional, yet everyone has been incredibly warm and welcoming.
I was especially impressed by how much pride the employees take in their work.
By my second day, I had already joined a site visit and started learning about everything from the bidding process to on‐site construction.”
What is the goal of your internship?
“Through this internship, I want to understand the entire workflow— from planning and proposals to the actual construction site.
I see this experience as a crucial step in figuring out which direction I want to take in my career.”
His forward-looking attitude and thoughtful perspective already show signs of professional potential.
