At AEC, we value living in harmony with our local community. In August, our employees joined two meaningful initiatives in Ginowan City-preserving tradition and promoting a cleaner environment.
Oyama District: Tug-of-War & Rope-Braiding

On August 3, 2025, the Oyama District held its. Traditional Tug-of-War at Oyama Elementary School in Ginowan City.
Ten employees from AEC’s Construction Department volunteered to support the event, joining residents in the physically demanding task of braiding ropes into one massive cord.
For many, it was their first time, yet they felt proud to contribute to keeping this cultural tradition alive.
The event offered a meaningful opportunity to strengthen the bond between AEC and the local community.
The Ginowan City Road Cleanup Campaign
On August 15, six AEC employees took part in the “Road Cleanup Campaign” in Ginowan City.
Approximately 200 participants from companies and organizations across the city joined this large-scale effort to beautify the streets.
Despite the summer heat, our team, alongside partner companies, carried out tasks such as weeding and litter collection.
As the streets grew cleaner, participants expressed their satisfaction, saying, “It feels great to see our city looking so neat and tidy.”

As a member of the community, AEC remains committed to initiatives that bring people together, preserve traditions, and create a cleaner, more vibrant city for all.
