In line with this commitment, we will ensure that, when requesting quotations from first-tier subcontractors, the submitted estimates itemize and clearly indicate not only the statutory welfare costs—which are subject to greater transparency—but also appropriate estimation of labor costs aligned with the intent of the wage improvement.
It will be our standard practice to request such detailed estimates and, upon receiving them, to review and fully respect the stated labor cost figures in our procurement and contracting processes.
