On January 9, 2026, American Engineering Corporation hosted its annual “Coming-of-Age Celebration” at our head office.
This year, nine employees reached the important milestone of turning twenty. In advance of Japan’s Coming of Age Day, each of these employees was presented with a commemorative gift in recognition of this significant moment in their lives.
At AEC, we view the growth of everyone as a vital source of our collective strength, and we are deeply committed to nurturing talent.
With this belief at its core, the company holds this ceremony each year to offer encouragement and support to young employees as they step into adulthood and embrace new challenges.
Our President shared the following message: “Being an adult means making your own choices and taking responsibility for the outcomes with integrity.
Work is never accomplished alone. I hope you will continue to grow by staying connected with others and supporting one another—both within the company and in society.”
The event concluded with warm applause as a representative of the newly turned twenty-year-old employees expressed their determination, stating, “As a member of AEC, I am committed to continuing my growth and contributing to the company.”
The commemorative gift is not meant as a reward, but as a modest gesture of encouragement for the journey ahead.
